Photos: Limestone, Work, and Interviews

In the morning a group of students, plus Dr. Quillin, went with the craftsmen to make mortar.
The students got to help out and learn how to make mortar.
There was a bit of silliness and fooling around,

but at the end of the day the group had made a lot of mortar to use on the base of the house to hold the brick foundation together.
After lunch, students started working on their projects and interviewing the natives of Falmouth.
Here is Shiraz, interviewing a shop owner for his project.

Megan and I interviewed a few locals with much success. They told us their opinions on the newly built port, as well as how Jamaica has changed over the years.

We almost had the opportunity to interview the mayor of Falmouth, however, he was busy. We still got a great interview from the Secretary Manager of Falmouth and the Trelawny Parish, who taught us a lot about the history of Falmouth and how the port has affected the town.
